So lunch ideas have become very few and far between over here! We usually stick to our regs of nuggets and grilled cheese but I just feel like my kids are getting tired of those options so I set out to find some fun, easy lunch ideas that kids will love! I was drawing blanks and honestly didn’t even want to get on Pinterest because honestly I am not a #pinterestmom. I never got caterpillar grapes or a freakin’ face cut in my sandwiches, or my cheese in little shapes and I love my mama just the same! ha! So I choose to spend my time elsewhere and it is NOT making #pinterestlunches! I asked my followers to share some ideas with me because heck, they hopefully follow me because they realize I’m no Betty Crocker and have 3 kids to feed and need to keep my sanity! Let’s just say they had tons of great ideas and I am SO thankful for my tribe of ladies who shared all of these wonderful ideas!

Avocado Toast (Mash up and spread on toast with onion powder & salt)

Ham & Chees Roll Ups w/ Pickles
Homemade Lunchables (Crackers, Lunch Meat and Cheese)

Hard Boiled Eggs Seasoned

Baked Potatoes (Cook ahead for the week and then prepare them)
