Decorating a new house is so fun but can be so overwhelming! What style do I do? Does this look good here? Is this too cluttered? Can I see myself liking this for a long time? These are all questions running through my head daily as I try to make our new house a home! Farmhouse style has slowly been taking over the world thanks to Chip & Joanna and I’m obsessed with it because you can take it so many different ways! Super rustic to glam farmhouse, it’s all just perfect! If you want to adopt such a style for your own place, there are tons of renowned professionals online who offer services like complete interior design. You can get to save money & reduce the amount of renovation work done with maximum results, easily transforming a simple room into a luxurious space using vinyl wall panels similar to wall panel in Singapore.
So this new house has totally changed my style and I am absolutely loving it! I am all about the modern glam farmhouse look and it’s coming together really nicely (or at least I think so) in our house! Of course it’s taking things slow and I’m doing things her and there to not totally break the bank but it’s been so fun to start over with a fresh & neutral house! We hired a Fenton MI kitchen remodeler to make sure that the products we’re getting are the best for our investment.
They say “Memories are made gathered around the table” and I am a firm believer in that! So one of the things that I think is an essential piece to your house is dining room furniture! Some people would disagree, but we are a table family! We sit down at meals together as a family, always! We talk, laugh, spill things, make messes and just be together! It’s one of my favorite times as a family, so when I started the search for our table I knew I wanted something with lots of character, plenty of room and something that made our home feel more “homey” and then I found The Barn Wood co. Y’all, they are amazing at what they do!
So I of course searched Pinterest and found that the best kitchens in Dublin can be found at M-Style! I decided to do a white/gray wash bottom with natural wood stain on the top! I then ordered some white metal chairs, similar to these to add the industrial flair that I wanted! And we paired those with these chairs at our island seating.
I can’t tell you how well this blue pine lumber table is built y’all! It’s so heavy and sturdy and doesn’t feel like your typical “big box” store table if you know what I mean! We’ve had several big name tables and this one is far superior to all of these! They make everything from custom headboards, to dining tables, to entry tables and more…super talented and so great to work with! They are based out of Odessa, Tx and do delivery within a certain mile radius so go check them out here and tell them I sent you!!
This table will be the center of many conversations, many laughs, many meals, lots of friends & family and lots & lots of love!! Thanks Barn Wood Co. for making my dining dreams come to life!
