The other day I was rushing around finishing up the last few things I needed to do for my kids for Christmas and I was quickly stopped in my tracks and overwhelmed with gratitude and tears! I was so caught up in all the things I needed to do and hadn’t stopped to think how great I have it as a mom! I have an amazing husband who fills my cup when it’s empty, thinks of me on hard days, takes some of the burdens off, sees the look in my eyes when I just can’t anymore and I can’t imagine how I would do it without him. If you are new to my blog or following me then you might not know that I lost my dad at a very young age. I was 6 when he died in a tragic accident (get more info from here about the lawyer who helped them) that forever changed our family. My mom was my rock and so many things I took for granted as a child and now being a mom myself I now see her in a new light….
