9 days or LESS!!!

Well I officially have made it past full term and boy does it feel great knowing that at any moment my little baby girl could come into this world and be perfectly healthy!! 🙂 wooohoo I have been slacking on my blogging which makes me sad, but we have been so busy getting everything ready! Can I just say we are beyond ready for Greleigh to get here! We had a little false labor at 36 weeks and we were both so excited thinking maybe she would come that day, but I guess God wasn’t finished putting on her final touches! At 36 weeks we got a sonogram and she was estimating at that time that she already weighed 7lb 4 oz!!!! wow! We are going to have a big baby, which we totally expected seeing as I weighed 9lb 1oz at 2 weeks early and Matt was 8lb 15oz! So I guess you could say its just in the cards for us to have very healthy, big babies! 🙂 Everything is ready for her, and we couldn’t be more excited to see her sweet face! She is still looking just like her daddy in every sonogram picture, which absolutely has to be my favorite thing. I have been saying from day 1 that I hope she has her daddy’s eyes and lips for sure and it looks like I got my wish in every aspect of her sweet little face! She’s a daddy’s girl already obviously! My heart just melts every time I look at her sonogram pictures!

We went to the doctor yesterday and I am still dilated to 1.5cm and 50% effaced, which is a good start but I was hoping for more progress. We got to set our induction date if she doesn’t show up on her own! March 25th!! We left the office and both just kept saying….”that’s only 10 days…that’s only 10 days” now that’s when reality definitely sank in that we would no longer be just a married couple, but a family of 3! It changes so much but we both are so excited for what God has planned for us and this sweet baby girl! 🙂 I haven’t ever done one of these surveys but thought it would be fun to do for what could be my last blog post before she gets here!

How far along? 37 weeks 5 days 

Total weight gain/loss: I have stopped right around 25 lbs.

 Maternity clothes? I have 2 pairs of maternity jeans and like 2 shirts, most of my normal shirts fit they just really show off the bump. 
Stretch marks? None on my tummy!
Best moment this week: EVERYTHING IS ALL READY & INDUCTION IS SET!

Miss anything: I miss being tan & comfortable when I sleep
Movement: Lots, its getting painful cause she is so big!
Food cravings: Nope.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope.
Have you started to show yet: I look like she is coming any day, so um yah!

  Gender: Girl!
Labor Signs: I get Braxton Hicks all the time.

  Belly Button in or out? just flat & weird looking

Wedding rings on or off? On.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy 🙂
