Chuck E. Cheese’s has always been a family favorite around here! I say family favorite because to be honest Matt and I love it too. When we moved to Lubbock 2.5 years ago we took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese’s for the first time and we’ve been hooked ever since!!
We were recently asked to go to the grand re-opening of the Lubbock location after they had been totally redesigned by Tesser, a design company out of San Fransisco! They exterior and interior got a fresh new look that is more appealing to the mom & dad eye but doesn’t lose the kid friendly atmosphere that has made it the ideal place for a kid to be a kid for over 40 years!
Wanna know a secret? Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza is in my top pizza choices!! Literally, I crave their pizzaB I bet you also didn’t know that their pizzas are made from scratch daily. The dough is made in house and it’s seriously soooo good!
Our favorite part about Chuck E. Cheese’s is that we can all go and have a good time! I love that upon check in we all get stamped with a family number. It is a security measure that assures no one leaves with anyone who is not stamped with their family number. This makes my mama heart feel so good. My husband and I can also enjoy a glass if wine or beer with our pizza. There aren’t many places here in Lubbock that the adults can have a drink while the kids can play somewhere! We actually get to have an adult conversation and let our kids play while we watch them! We love that they have the new All You Can Play which is perfect for our kids who are like ping pong balls in that place! We give them their bracelets loaded with time and they can play as many games as their heart desires. If they stop to eat we can easily pause their play time once at the kiosks! They have also added so many new games that my kids can’t stop talking about all the new things they got to play!
Next to games my kids are there for Chuck E. Cheese and the dances! They used to just do the dances and ticket splashes at the front of the restaurant but now they have installed an all new light up interactive dance floor. My kids spent so much time on here dancing, singing and having the best time with Chuck, Helen and Mr. Munch!
They also have birthday facilities that are my kids dreams! Chuck E. Cheese’s comes out and personally puts on a birthday show for the birthday stars! The birthday star also gets to take a turn in the ticket blaster! My kids can’t stop talking about the ticket blaster! They have made the birthday area bigger for my guests so you can enjoy a fun filled birthday without having to be cramped!
We love the new and improved Chuck E. Cheese’s and invite all of you to go check it out next time you are in Lubbock! I think you will be really impressed! We sure are and have already been back a second time to celebrate little Huxxy man turning 3! Plus it always ends in a big nap for everyone because they get so worn out running around so #winning!
Do you like Chuck E. Cheese’s? Have you taken your kids recently, if so what is their favorite part? Let me know in the comments!
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Chuck E. Cheese’s! The opinions and text are all mine!
So fun Bailey!
We went earlier this year and I was shocked at how good their pizza was! Definitely expected a mediocre type of pizza! Our kids like playing games and on the playground—we like going in the winter when it’s too cold outside to play!
Hey we love Chuck E. Cheese too! We also lived in Lubbock for a while!
Guess I’ll make zach take me for some pizza and ski ball 💁
