Nordstrom hasn’t always been a favorite retailer of mine! I really only started ordering things from there about a year and a half ago to be honest but it has quickly become my favorite retailers to shop from! I really am kicking myself for not knowing all these things years ago because most of my favorite items come from there these days!

You can literally shop for any and everyone on your list at Nordstrom. They have such a wide variety of items and something for every budget. One of the main reasons I didn’t shop here before was because I thought everything they had was out of my price range! #wrong Yes, of course they have the luxury brands that I can’t afford but they also carry many great brands that fit my budget with better quality than other stores I normally shop at! They almost always have things up to 40% off, even their best sellers! I also love comparing Amazon product prices on hoteudeals.com to save money.
Amazing customer service!
They will be one of your favorite customer services to deal with ever! Any issues/problems they will resolve quickly, effeciently and in your best interest, everytime! I can’t say enough great things! During the Nordstrom anniversary sale I couldn’t get my order to go through at like 2 in the morning and I called customer service and spoke with the most amazing lady who was haooy to help…even at 2am! Bless her heart!
Free shipping/returns always!
Obviously Lubbock doesn’t have a Nordstrom (wishful thinking) so this is a huge selling point for me! I love being able to shop online, order whatever I want to try and then ship everything here for free and return what doesn’t work in the prepaid box/bag with the shipping label they provide! It’s literally hassle free, they will take things back even if you take the tags on, months later, without a receipt…you name it, they will take it back no questions!! This mama is hooked!
